I'm in New Zealand and have seen a copy of the book, looks so good I've decided to buy a copy for myself - however given the distance to NZ, shipping costs etc. I'm wondering about waiting for the DVD to come out and getting both. Will you be selling both together as a package, and if so how much? And do you have a better estimate of when the DVD will be ready (ie a month).

Hi Bruce,

Shipping to New Zealand for 1 book would be 9 Euros and i would say it might take about 2-3 weeks- depending on the postal system in New Zealand.

We are working on the DVD still - the plan is to finally have it available around the End of April.

However i do not have a price for the DVD yet - we are still not sure if it will be 2 or 3 DVD's - so i do not have a price of the Combo neither yet...sorry...

Tried to post about it the other day. I plan to buy the book before i my summer vacation, but if it possible i would like to buy the book and the dvd at the same time to save shipping etc.

Will i be able to get both the dvd & the book before July?
