Dear customers,

Please, if you want to check for your order, first of all check the order-status yourself.
To do that, log in using your username and password, then click "Account maintenance" on the right side and click "view order xxxxx". Then you will see the status of your order which will be "shipped" once your order was shipped.

We have to update the status manually, so please allow us at least about a week to update the status of your order..

FAQ:
I am not sure if the payment for my order went through!
> If you have choosen Credit Card, you'll receive a status-update email that will tell you that the status of your order changed to CONFIRMED
> If you paid by Paypal, you'll receive an Email from Paypal, confirming that you paid.

If you still are not sure, please contact us via email, using the contact-link at the bottom of this page. We'll need your order number and name to be able to find your order.


When does my book arrive?
> Please see the shipping-costs table for approximate shipping times. Usually it takes about 7 working days for most worldwide shipments (to countries with a good quality postal system).

Please send us order status requests via EMAIL, please do not write any order details in the forums for security reasons.
