One year ago I have ordered and have paid Tricktionary, but till now and did not become the owner of this blest product.

Since then left Tricktionary2. Since then the book began to speak Russian. Since then I have broken some masts. But, as speak in Russia, "Things are right where they started" - I without Tricktionary, and Tricktionary without me...

Respected, probably there are any variants to make me happy owner Tricktionary2 Russian Edition? Only the guaranteed variants! Probably friend post service (for example DHL)? I am ready to pay in addition, if it is necessary.

P.s. I plan to be in Dahab at station 5-Kvadratov (go-dahab.ru) in the end of November. It can be possible to transfer somehow the book there for me?

I am very sorry, that you have not received your Tricktionary.

But after our correspondence via Email a year ago, we have not heard anything from you anymore,- so - after one year not hearing anything, we have to expect that you received your book...

We are trying to find an alternative, more secure shipping variant, but using DHL would mean 1 book = min. 20 Euros shipping!!
We will offer this option in the next days to make shipments to Russia more secure.

However, as i told you in our Emails last year, we are using a special books-shipping method of the german postal service, that allowes us, to send 1 book for just 9 Euros worldwide. No other carrier is that cheap - and we have quite good experience in several thousand orders that we processed since the Tricktionary 1.

Also to Russia, we shipped a few hundered books already. Sometimes it takes a bit longer (like 2-4 weeks), but as we are using the address in Russian letters, until now, most of the packages arrive at the customers address.


Anyway, we really try to make all our customers happy. - In your case, i hope you understand, that after one year, i can not give you another book for free, but i will investigate the possibilities and inform you via Email about what i can offer you.

Again, sorry for this inconvenience, but this is not our fault, all orders are shipped as soon as possible. It is the Russian Post that must somehow have lost your package.
