Why you do not answer my letter?
I have sent it yesterday.
What happens?

Twenty days ago you have sent me the book, but it has not arrived till now.
I asked about postal identifier or any other info to identy the parsel post.

Other customers could tell you that i answer every letter that reaches me as soon as possible.

You have 3 books on the way.

One was shipped on 10.10.2008.
The other 2 books were shipped together on 17.10.2008.

The book shipped on 10.10.2008 – this book should arrive soon,- please be patient for some more days.

Please check at your local post office,- we had customers that went to the post office after not receiving their book and they had the book at the post office for several weeks.- so please go to your local post office and check if they have your parcel.

The second delivery of 2 books (sent on 17.10.2008) is still on time – sometimes it takes some more time with shipments to Russia. Please be patient for some more days – however I will check for the identifier code and let you know,- but it is still nothing to worry about - 1-3 weeks is totally normal to Russia from my recent experience.

I am sorry for the delay – just please check at the local post office, maybe they have your parcel already.

Excuse, I worried not so much for myself, but for you.

I think 20 euros for delivery against 9 - not such big difference. But it adds confidence and calmness.

As i said, we are shipping books like this for almost 3 years now and always had very good experience with it.

However, i will add a more expensive shipment method, so people can choose what they want.
