Hello - i bought non jumping course on online AppStore. I have a problem with download course -i try it form 6 days and i have onlu 30MB form 230MB. My connection losts after 1 minute download. I use Iphone 3gs. Oteher apllication are downoading ok form App, store. I have a proble only with it. My WiFi works good. Any idea what i can do with it ?

The download is not the fastest, but it should not take that long - with a good speed wifi, i would say it might take 30-60 min to download.

The iPhone's Auto Lock should actually be turned off from our app,... i will check if it is really turned off in the latest version of the app.

If this is your problem (iPhone switching to standby while download), please go to SETTINGS / GENERAL / AUTO LOCK and set it to NEVER for the download time.

I changed autolock earlier - but it dont help.
Iphone is still on and start dowload the package and after one -two minutes (it isnt the same time) it stopped.

This is a strange behavior, we just checked and everything should be alright, it should work normal.

Please try to uninstall/delete the app and reinstall it after that.
When you are in the shop and the download stopped, try clicking the package you were downloading again to continue the download. Don't use the "Restore" button for that.

Let me know if there's any improvement with downloading... if you can download the app in a short time frame, also the packages should be possible to download.

It Was problem my WiFi - i was correct it and all is ok. I download a "non jumping". It is fantastic. Tomorrow i will go to sea and will train. Thanks

I just saw you posted your support request also in a review on the iTunes app store - It would be great if you could remove/change it -

The reviews aren't to get support - in fact, i can not even respond to reviews and i can not see the identity of the reviewer, so it makes no sense to post support requests there...
