Dear Tricktionary iPhone and Android app users,

Please, if you have bug reports, problems or crashes of our apps on your device(s), don't just post a negative review saying it doesn't work!!

Not that we wouldn't appreciate constructive feedback even if negative, this is the only way to make those apps perfect, but we can not respond to reviews (positive or negative) on iTunes or the Play Store. The system is made, so we can not interact with users posting reviews, so we can not get in touch with you, ask what device you have, where you experience the crash, find out why and then solve the problemw with our developers...

So - if you experience anything you want to tell us, or you just have a suggestion, PLEASE either email us through the contact form on our website, or use the feedback form in the apps under ABOUT > FEEDBACK.

For Android app users: If you experience the app crashing, please send the crash report including your device type, Android version and App version, this way we can analyze the crash and fix it in one of the next updates!!!
