Thanks for the tips. It sounds like my first forward attempts should be on my 77 Litre Goya ONE. It planes easy and works well with 5.3 size sails and less.

I have been practicing the controlled catapults that you have in the Book and on the DVD. I just now need to go for the full thing!

YES!! - that's great board size! - having sail sizes 5,3 and smaller and the 77 liters will make it a lot easier for you to rotate!

Do the movements aggressively and you will usually make it landing on your back on the first day!

Don't take too big waves... a small 30-50cm chop is enough.. otherwise you go too high and rotate too much end over end, no control,... for the beginning take a small ramp!
