Hello!

I have downloaded app from app store.

When i go to Shop menu to buy non-beginner packs, it allow to download all three parts for FREE, and i can't buy anything.

When all is downloaded i can't see advanced topics and can't find where to buy it, because in shop all packs have already downloaded.

many thanks for your message, we found out, there was an error in the latest update...

We had to take the app offline again...
In a few days a new update of the app will be available...

Hello

I have downloaded and reinstalled application.
Then i bought non-jumping pack and downloaded it. After restarting application non-jumping pack showed that it in DEMO mode.

I can only try to restore and look if it helps.

What else i can do ?

Try to restore... otherwise try to go in the non jumping pack again,...
you can't purchase a package twice as it is logged with your Apple-ID... if you purchased it already it would tell you you already have it and not charge you again...
if nothing helps, please delete the app first and then reinstall it again...

ok, i try to restore my packs - it doesn't help
then i remove application and download it again
i bought new wave pack(because it small and quick to restore it) and download it - i couldn't open it, it didn't identified as mine

I am in Dahab and internet not very well here, so my last hope that i restore it and it would work, otherwise i will try again at home

Restore doesn't work either. It recognizes that wave package is installed but doesn't recognizes that it was purchased and always think that works in DEMO mode

Hi!

I bought the Jumping package on Wednesday 16th Of November (had the Trictionary app installed to the latest version already). Had the same problem: the move package is in demo mode. It shows as purchased and installed but I can't use it.

I tried to restore the move package and reinstalled the whole application and the Jumping package yesterday. It did not help.

Any idea when you can fix this?

Hi Ville,

very sorry for the inconvenience, we had a big error introduced in one of our latest updates...
The app is off the store right now for that reason and a new, fixed version is already on the apple servers - it should be online for the public in a few days then everything will work again!
