To make this work, you need to use the same Apple ID on both devices (just because the in-app-purchase is bought through your iTunes store ID).
Install the app on your 2nd device, start it and go to SHOP inside the app. Then click RESTORE on the package you purchased already, to install the in-app-purchase on your 2nd device.
