Hello bought this app for the iPhone and have subsequently tried re downloading it for the iPad and have just received my iTunes bill and have been charged twice for the non jumping version, please could you arrange a refund, many thanks

The distribution of the iPhone app is purely done through iTunes/Apple. I can't do any refunds, as i couldn't even have insight in your purchase.

But this can actually not happen - it can only happen if you used different apple ID's on your iPhone and iPad - then you could be charged twice,... if you used the same Apple ID, iTunes would recognize you have this in-app-purchase already and therefore not charge you twice.
